About The Founders
Lanny and Tanis Fleming founded STALWART Machining Services in 2014. With their unique business management and manufacturing expertise, Lanny and Tanis possess the skills to surpass expectations as Machining specialists.
STALWART has been founded on integrity, hard work, master craftsmanship, and the highest business ethics as its founding principles. Specifically, this would mean quotes would be accurate and have realistic, executable delivery dates. STALWART stands behind the products they make and take responsibility for delivering precise parts to order.
Lanny Fleming is a red seal certified journeyman machinist with post-certification factory training and experience in the oil and gas, racing, medical, and aerospace industries.
Lanny has specialized throughout his career in difficult work on exotic materials. Known amongst his peers for his integrity, work ethic, quality artistry, and overall job knowledge, he contributes rare industry technical expertise. Despite having over 20 years of experience in the machining industry, Lanny anticipates a long career ahead of him in the machining industry, where he plans to set new standards or quality for the industry.
Tanis Fleming graduated from the University of Lethbridge with an undergraduate degree in business management. She began working in the machining industry as an office manager and gained critical experience in managing the business affairs of that business.
